Open the App, go to the Account screen, and tap "Delete Account" at the bottom. This permanently removes all your data, including your profile, game history, and leaderboard entries. This action cannot be undone.
If you previously purchased Cell Division Pro and need to restore it (e.g. on a new device), go to the Account screen and tap "Restore Purchases." Your purchase is tied to your Apple ID or Google account, so make sure you are signed in with the same account you originally used.
Send us an email at contact@cellmata.com with a description of the issue, your device model, and OS version. Screenshots or screen recordings are helpful if possible.

Subscriptions are managed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). To cancel, open your device's subscription settings and cancel from there. We cannot cancel subscriptions on your behalf.
