These terms of service ("Terms") govern your use of Cell Division (the "App"), published by Cellmata ("we", "us", "our"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
You may create an account to access online features such as leaderboards and multiplayer. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your credentials confidential. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

The App may offer in-app purchases (e.g. Pro upgrade). All purchases are processed by the platform store (Apple App Store or Google Play). Refunds are handled by the respective store according to their refund policies. We do not process payments directly and cannot issue refunds.
All content in the App, including game design, artwork, code, and branding, is owned by Cellmata and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our written permission.
You retain ownership of content you upload (e.g. profile photos). By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and store that content as necessary to operate the App. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe on the rights of others.
We strive to keep the App available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features or the App at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any downtime or data loss resulting from service changes.
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases, and we may delete your account data.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cellmata shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the App, regardless of the theory of liability.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
